Inpatient treatment is residential, providing a structured 24/7 environment and schedule focused on healing. Outpatient treatment offers more flexibility and gives you the ability to maintain daily responsibilities and live independently while receiving varying degrees of on-site therapy and treatment, with intensive outpatient treatment (IOT) offering the highest level of commitment and structure.

There are various inpatient addiction treatment centers and outpatient addiction treatment programs in Jefferson County and surrounding counties. Explore the inpatient and outpatient treatment options below to find one that is right for your recovery journey.

Family & Youth Services

Addiction impacts entire households and tears families apart. Children and teens are particularly vulnerable to the negative effects of substance use disorder in the home. For teens suffering from SUD themselves, early intervention is key and resources are available. These resources exist to keep children safe, address addiction early, prevent cycles of addiction, help families heal, and to provide support for family members of individuals with SUD.
