The Jefferson County H.A.R.T. program was created to address addiction in our community by implementing strategies to prevent overdoses, connect people with treatment and recovery options, and educate the public.  

The opioid epidemic, in particular, has had a devastating impact on the state of Tennessee and Jefferson County. Jefferson County has H.A.R.T. is fighting back by helping individuals, and the Jefferson County community as a whole, Heal Addiction through Recovery & Treatment. By providing quality education resources we hope to prevent addiction and promote recovery.
